Firstly, what kind of runner are you?

  • Beginners are runners with little to no running experience or someone returning to running after being out for a while. We'll gently ease you into running, allowing you to progress at your own pace. We would class a beginner as someone who also is new to park runs and has never completed other events too.

  • Intermediate runners are individuals who have already achieved some level of running experience and are looking to further enhance their performance. We would class an intermediate as someone who also likes to regularly participate in park runs and has completed other events too.
